Man Utd suffer huge injury blow as Lisandro Martinez is forced off with apparent knee injury days after scare

LISANDRO MARTINEZ was forced off during Manchester United’s clash with West Ham.

The Red Devils centre-back only returned from injury earlier this month.

This was the moment his leg appeared to bend horribly when tussling with Vladimir Coufal

But now he faces more time on the sideline after going down with a leg problem in the game against West Ham at Old Trafford.

Martinez initially went over after tangling for the ball with Vladimir Coufal.

He carried on, but then hit the deck a few minutes later and was replaced by Raphael Varane.
