Ruben Amorim tasted defeat for the first time in midweek and will learn a lot about his players here.

United competed well for the majority of the game at Arsenal, only undone by two corners in the end.

Their two home games under the new boss have ended in wins; 3-2 over Bodo/Glimt and 4-0 against Everton.

At the moment, it counts for nothing as they find themselves in the bottom half.

Now Nottingham Forest visit Old Trafford – having played across the road at rivals City in midweek – with their stellar early season form taking a slight dip.

They’ve lost three of their last four games – though they were against Newcastle, Arsenal and Manchester City.

It’s still been an impressive start for Forest who go into the game in four points behind Man City in fourth.

But their last Premier League win at Old Trafford came in 1994 – so history will have to be made.

Two home games for Ruben Amorim and they’ve scored seven goals in their two victories.

He’s not yet settled on his favoured system at the top end of the pitch but Marcus Rashford looks to have come to life under the new tactics and they’ve looked a bigger force in recent weeks.
