MANUEL UGARTE will travel to England TODAY ahead of his transfer to Manchester United.
The Red Devils have been locked in negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain for weeks over a deal.

Ugarte has been left out of Luis Enrique‘s PSG squad for the first two matches of the season amid the transfer speculation.
Personal terms with the Uruguay international have been agreed for some time, and after arriving in England he is set to complete his medical with the club today.
Teasing his arrival, he tweeted a pair of eye emojis, with recently departed ex-Man Utd star and international team-mate Facundo Pellistri responding with a clapping and heart emoji.
The stumbling block over a deal came down to the fee, with the French outfit demanding a fixed £51million for the 23-year-old – the same price they paid to buy him from Sporting Lisbon in 2023.
That had led to talk of a loan deal with an obligation to buy next summer.
But the imminent sale of Scott McTominay to Napoli in a £25m transfer is set to facilitate the move being a permanent one straight away.
Once the deal is formally completed, Ugarte will become the fifth senior signing at Old Trafford this summer.

He follows Joshua Zirkzee, Leny Yoro, Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui in arriving to bolster Erik ten Hag‘s squad.
The club are said to view Ugarte as one of the best young midfielders in the world – a view supported by his impressive performances for Uruguay at this summer’s Copa America.
Alternative deals including new Fulham star Sander Berge were considered, while a deal to re-sign Sofyan Amrabat was also not ruled out, according to The Athletic.
Ugarte, who played 37 times for PSG last season, is expected to come straight into the starting XI in place of Casemiro.
His numbers from last season stack favourable compared to his new Man Utd team-mates.
Indeed, Ugarte had a better pass success rate, more tackles and more interceptions than any other midfielder.
Furthermore, he was second in duels won only to Bruno Fernandes, while he ranked fourth in duel success behind Kobbie Mainoo, Casemiro and McTominay.
Ugarte could be thrown in the deep end at United by making his debut against Liverpool at Old Trafford on Sunday.
