NEWCASTLE have agreed a deal to sign Southampton right-back Tino Livramento, according to reports.
Chelsea and Arsenal had both been linked with a move for the 20-year-old English defender.

A fee has not yet been confirmed, but Saints previously rejected a £30m bid from Newcastle.
The South Coast side bought him from Chelsea two years ago for just £4m.
