PAIGE Spiranac’s rival Karin Hart showed fans her work out routine to give her followers motivation.

The golf influencer stripped down to skimpy workout clothes and posted an Instagram Reel via her Story on Wednesday.

The star flexed her workout routine on her social media[/caption]

Karin donned skin-tight workout gear that clung to her curves and showed off her toned figure.

The look comprised brown leggings that accentuated her slim waist and backside with a matching low-cut sports bra.

She finished the look with white socks pulled up with white sneakers.

Her blond locks were pulled back into an updo to keep it off her face while she worked out.

Karin squatted, lunged and threw a ball at the wall during her workout, which was edited into a montage.

The intense routine was played over a viral TikTok sound with a motivating message.

“In order for things to change, you have to be willing to get up and do something,” the sound started.

“You don’t have to be perfect, but you’ve got to make a move,” it finished.

“REMINDER: Growth is what happens when you step outside your comfort zones,” Karin added the caption to the video to further motivate her 184,000 followers.

This was not the first time Karin gave fans an insight into her home life, with the star stripping down and teasing fans earlier in the week.

She donned a men’s oversized vintage sweatshirt and a pair of tiny white hotpants that clung to her backside and rode up as she moved.

Karin wore an orange camo baseball cap on her head and left her blond locks lightly styled and had a face full of natural makeup.

She started the video bent over in front of the camera before leaning back to show off her whole body.

A mirror was placed behind her so fans could get a closer look at her backside.

“POV: you let me wear your hat and shirt,” Karin added to the video filmed in her bedroom.

“…if you don’t give her your sweatshirt & hat to “borrow”, do you really love her? Asking for a friend,” she captioned the post.
