The Eagles were up 10-0 when Vic Fangio’s defense stunningly sacked Mahomes twice in a row.

Then, on a third-down play, Mahomes threw an interception to the hands of Philly rookie star Cooper DeJean, who took the ball to the house for a pick-six and made it a 17-0 lead.

The play stunned the NFL world as it was Mahomes’ first career pick-six.

After the play, Mahomes was spotted looking in disbelief with his lips drooping.

Philadelphia’s defense wasn’t done, as they proceeded to sack Mahomes once more in the following drive.

And the Chiefs’ next offensive drive saw Mahomes throw yet another interception.

The Eagles would score a touchdown two plays later to make it a 24-0 game.

During the second half, Mahomes completed just 6 of 14 passes for just 33 yards, and his star teammate, Travis Kelce, didn’t record a single reception.

NFL fans shared their reactions to Mahomes and co.’s horrific first-half showing.

“Chiefs are washed,” one wrote.

“Yeah Mahomes is cooked,” another commented.

“Mahomes is stinking it up,” a third added.

“The football gods won’t allow a three-eat,” a fourth said.

“What a beatdown,” a fifth added.
