Phil Foden has been playing through a pain barrier since last season, sporting a bandage on his hand.

Foden was first seen playing with his hand in a bandage on February 5, scoring a stunning hat-trick in the 3-1 win at Brentford.

Both Foden and team-mate Ruben Dias were playing with fractures last season, the Daily Mail have reported.

Dias fractured his arm in the FA Cup win at Tottenham in January, while Foden injured his soon after.
