PLUCKY Luton Town are finally topping a Premier League table — of fans who get most stressed while watching a match.
Hatters supporters are the most anxious when their team plays and more of them have high blood pressure than any other club’s fans.
Luton are third from bottom in the Prem — their first season in the top flight since 1992.
Since then, the club has fallen completely out of the Football League and risen up again.
And it’s clearly taking its toll with 50 per cent of fans saying they feel highly stressed at games, while 55 per cent have high blood pressure — giving a danger score of 52.5.
Fans of relegation rivals Burnley have a danger score of 50, while Brighton and Hove Albion’s are the most chilled on just 18.
Well Pharmacy, which did the poll, has launched a campaign called Blood Pressure United to encourage football fans to have a free hypertension check.
The chain is setting up mobile blood pressure check clinics outside grounds across the country.
