The former Chelsea star scored at both ends of the pitch as his side won the contest in added time.

But one bizarre moment saw Rudiger clash with ex-Blues teammate Morata.

The duo spent 18 months together at Stamford Bridge before flop striker Morata departed on loan to Atleti.

And Rudiger showed no mercy in a strange encounter right in front of the ref.

Morata was left fuming over a decision and began to berate the match official.

But as he walked towards the ref, Rudiger stalked alongside him while laughing in his face.

Rudiger then grabbed onto Morata’s nipple before twisting it.

The striker couldn’t believe what was going on.

And he shoved Rudiger away with both hands while looking disgusted.

Fans certainly found the incident amusing, albeit bizarre.

One said: “Rudiger might be the most annoying player after Pepe.”

Another declared: “Rudiger is a crazy footballer.”

One noted: “Rudiger really grabbed Morata, I’m crying.”

Another added: “Rudi making life miserable for Morata.”

It was Atletico who took the lead in last night’s final, with Mario Hermoso netting after just six minutes.

Rudiger equalised in the 20th minute before Ferland Mendy put Real ahead moments later.

But Antoine Griezmann levelled for 2-2 before half-time.

And Atleti took the lead again in the 78th minute when Rudiger netted an own-goal.

But Dani Carvajal was Real’s saviour as he found an 85th minute equaliser for 3-3.

And Los Blancos got the job done in extra time, with Joselu netting in the 116th minute and Brahim Diaz putting things to bed in the second minute of injury time.
