RUUD VAN NISTELROOY has made a major change to Manchester United’s preparations from their days under Erik ten Hag.
The Dutch interim boss has overseen three matches in the Red Devils’ dugout after Ten Hag was sacked last month.

The former striker’s latest game saw United clinch a 2-0 win over PAOK in yesterday’s Europa League clash.
And Van Nistelrooy now has one more game in charge before Ruben Amorim departs Sporting Lisbon for his new life in the north west.
United once again face Leicester this weekend, this time in the league.
But Van Nistelrooy left his mark by making a major change to preparations.
In Ten Hag’s day, he would have held his pre-match press conference immediately after United’s Thursday night European fixture.
By killing two birds with one stone, he was able to asses his side’s latest result before immediately discussing the upcoming weekend game.
But Van Nistelrooy only discussed the result against PAOK yesterday.

And instead, he scheduled another press conference on Friday to preview the next match with Leicester.
It remains to be seen if Amorim continues in this style or reverts back to Ten Hag’s previous format.
With the games coming thick and fast for United, it may be more convenient for the Portuguese tactician to opt for the latter.
It is sure to be low on his list of priorities too, with Amorim’s new side languishing in 13th place in the table.
They have picked up just three wins from 10 league matches this season.
And defeat to Leicester would actually see them leapfrogged by the Foxes, who are only five points above the drop zone.
