THE Scottish Open will take place THIS MONTH – with some huge names competing in the capital.

Wilson will be hoping to make it three in a row this month but he will face some tough competition with the likes of Scotland’s very own John Higgins and snooker icon Ronnie O’Sullivan amongst the star-studded field.

Rocket will be hoping to put an end to his poor run of form as he looks to lift the Stephen Hendry trophy for the first time in 24 years.

The Scottish Open is the penultimate Home Nations Series event of the season with only the Welsh Open to play after the Edinburgh spectacle concludes.

When is the Scottish Open 2024?

• The tournament will run until Sunday, December 15.
