Bardghji, 17, is being watched by several Premier League clubs already.

Chelsea, Newcastle and Crystal Palace are thought to be amongst his main his admirers.

But French side Nice, who are owned by prospective United supremo Sir Jim Ratcliffe, could make the first move.

Copenhagen will sell, preferably in the summer as they are dreaming of making an extended run in the Champions League.

Danish sports outlet Tipsbladet claim Chelsea are “crazy” for the Kuwait-born starlet.

And it was even suggested Bardghji, had been valued at 100million kroner – about £7.3m.

The situation will change, however, when he turns 18 on November 15.

From that age, Bardghji could sign an improved contract with his Danish top-flight club – but also becomes available for a Prem move.

The Under-21 international leapt into the first-team picture at Copenhagen as early as last season.

And he has become a regular this term – peaking with his spectacular late clincher in the 4-3 comeback triumph over 10-man United.

His total of 16 goal in 65 games for Copenhagen include 11 in 24 this term.
