SKY SPORTS were forced to apologise after their coverage of Premier League Darts went down.
Darts fans had settled down ready to watch Night 5 of the Premier League in Brighton.

However, fans watching on Main Event were instead greeted with a white screen with the Sky Sports logo.
A message on viewers screens said: “We’re really sorry for this temporary fault.”
The error, which lasted for two minutes, meant fans missed the first leg of Gerwyn Price’s clash with Michael van Gerwen, won 6-3 by the Dutchman.
When the white screen was not showing, fans were presented with adverts.
Reacting on social media one fan said: “Sky sports just gone down for anyone else ??? Wanna watch the darts.”
A second said: “Sky Sports what a shambles, trying to watch the darts.”
A third added: “Someone in Brighton plug Sky Sports back in at the premier league darts.”
Another said: “Fully respect that Sky Sports Darts have got down 20 seconds into this first game tonight. State of it.”
A fifth said: “Sky Sports sort it out!!!! Trying to watch the darts.”
The broadcast then went down for a second time minutes.
The issues persisted into the second match of the night between Chris Dobey and Luke Littler, with the game going to adverts during the second leg of the clash.
