STEPHEN HENDRY has brutally responded to Rebecca Kenna after criticising her shot selection at the World Mixed Doubles.
Kenna reached the final alongside Mark Selby in Manchester at the weekend before they were beaten by Luca Brecel and Reanne Evans.

“I also heard I got some stick for not going for a black because I released the blue instead. But yeah, each to their own.”
Seven-time world champion Hendry, who was appearing as an ITV pundit during the tournament, was then told by host Jill Douglas: “Rebecca put you right back in your box there.”
However, the Golden Bairn hit back by replying: “I’m sorry but she’s wrong. She should have gone for the pink or the black.”
His brutal response was not the end of their back-and-forth, though, with Kenna later addressing the comments on social media.
She wrote on X: “Of course I take his opinions and criticisms on board. He was my hero growing up watching snooker.
“I’d love to be 100% confident out there but it takes time and experience. Despite my age I am still a rookie out there on the big stage.”
The 35-year-old only turned professional in 2022 but has already reached two World Mixed Doubles finals.
