ARTHUR CAZAUX has shown off his horror injury he picked up at the Barcelona Open.
The French tennis ace was forced to retire from the tournament after collapsing in agony.
Cazaux, 21, suffered the injury during the first set of his match against Matteo Arnaldi.
The world No.74 revealed that the blow had caused an big issue with his ankle.
The star posted a gruesome picture of the injury on social media.
He captioned the picture: “I will keep you informed of the evolution of the situation.”
The snap showed massive swelling on his ankle shocking his fans.
One posted: “Ouch!.”
A second wrote: “Oh my god.”
A third commented: “Bruhhhh.”

A fourth said: “It’s terrible, but you will come back stronger, we believe in you Arthur!”
Another added: “He has so much talent… This bad luck hurts my heart.”
He had gone into the Barcelona Open with the hope of going far in the tournament.
He had skipped the Monte-Carlo Masters in order to make sure he would be fit.
However, after the ankle injury he was no longer able to continue and will be trying to get back from the treatment table.
Cazaux has not had the best of luck so far this year on the court.
In March, he fainted on the court in Miami and had to be taken off in a wheelchair.
