LUKE LITTLER is doing “crazy stuff” and could rule the roost in darts for 15 YEARS according to ex-world champ Peter Wright.
The teen sensation smashed Michael van Gerwen off the oche 6-2 with the tenth highest average of 114 in Premier League history in Nottingham.

Littler, 17, also came within millimetres of his second nine-darter in five days and hit an outrageous second oche visit average of 174.63.
Wright admitted: “We’ve got a new kid on the block who is just doing crazy stuff and making it look so easy.
“I’ve said to a couple of guys in the practice room. He is the next person that’s going to rule the roost.
“Obviously we had Eric Bristow, Phil Taylor, Michael van Gerwen. But this kid is something else. He’s got something special.
“We all thought that everyone on their day could beat anybody.
“But we have all got to step up our game otherwise we are going to be left behind.”
Littler won his first Euro Tour on his debut on Sunday hitting a perfect leg. But despite his hammering of MVG, he lost in the semis and is still awaiting a Premier League night win.

On whether Littler could become the best ever, Wright added: “Yes of course until someone else comes along in 10 maybe 15 years time.
“But it depends what he wants to do with his life or he gets fed up with stuff to do with the media. Whether he’d rather play his games or whatever.
“In the practice room he doesn’t talk to anyone, he just sits down on his phone. He gets up and throws for two or three minutes and he’ll sit back down. He gets bored!
“As long as he’s interested, he’s going to be dangerous to darts. To be honest, he’s only going to go up because of him.
“He’s just got something about him, he’s got something special.
“Phil Taylor had that special thing and when Michael van Gerwen came on board when he was young, he was just a level above everyone else.

The kind-hearted kid also appeared on Comic Relief, auctioning off his darts and shirts to raise money and was a star on the couch in Fantasy Football League on Sky One with Matt Lucas.
