TYSON Fury has cemented his name in boxing history, but he’s not the only pugilist in his family.
Here we get to know his brothers, who’ll no doubt be cheering “The Gypsy King” on when he goes toe-to-toe with unified heavyweight champ Oleksandr Usyk for a second time.
Tyson Fury has four brothers — including boxer Tommy Fury[/caption]Who are Tyson Fury’s brothers?
Born on August 12, 1988, Tyson Fury is the son of John Fury and his first wife Amber.
He has become one of the biggest boxing stars Britain has ever produced and is among the very best heavyweights of his era.
The star, who has held the World Boxing Council heavyweight title since 2020, boasts an impressive net worth of £50million thanks to his fights and endorsement deals.
Tyson also comes from a huge brood of siblings – some of which are famous in their own right.
Tommy Fury
Tommy Fury is also a boxer and former Love Island star[/caption]Tyson and Tommy Fury are half brothers, who share the same father — John Fury — but have different mothers.
Tommy was born on May 7, 1999, to John’s second wife Chantal.
Following in his brother’s footsteps, Tommy is a professional boxer and, as of December 2024, is undefeated with a record of 10-0-0.
His fights to date include Jake Paul, Daniel Bocianski, Anthony Taylor and KSI.
Despite being a pro boxer, Tommy first came to prominence on Love Island 2019, where he met the mother of his child Molly-Mae Hague.
Away from the boxing ring, Tommy and Tyson seem to have a close relationship.
As well as training together, the pair are often seen spending quality time together.
Tommy appeared in Tyson’s Netflix series At Home with the Furys, where the brothers were seen supporting each other in both their professional and personal lives.
Roman Fury
Roman Fury has followed in the family footsteps of being a boxer[/caption]Another of the Fury brothers is Roman Fury.
He is the son of John and Chantal, making him Tommy’s brother and Tyson’s half-brother.
Born on November 3, 1996, like his famous siblings he is a boxer and lives near to Tyson in Morecambe.
In my opinion, Tyson is the best heavyweight ever made. The size, stature of him, he shouldn’t be able to do what he can do but he’s a proper fighting man.
Shane FuryRoman announced in 2020 that he was the ninth Fury family member to take up boxing.
He told iFL: “When lockdown happened I had nothing else to do.
“I had no work on, as many people didn’t, and I had the opportunity to go and train.
“So I did it, got fit, lost a bit of weight and I just fell in love with it.”
Shane Fury
Shane Fury, second from right, is supportive of his brothers[/caption]Shane Fury tends to stay under the radar more than his other brothers.
Despite not being a boxer, he is incredibly supportive of his siblings’ careers.
Speaking to iFL TV after Tyson’s fight with Deontay Wilder in 2020, Shane said: “In my opinion, he [Fury] is the best heavyweight ever made.
“The size, stature of him, he shouldn’t be able to do what he can do but he’s a proper fighting man.
“He’s proved it tonight that he’s the best in the world.”
Shane is married to wife Helen.
Hugh Fury
Hugh Fury is into his fitness and works out regularly[/caption]Hugh Fury is also Tyson’s brother, and although he isn’t a boxer, he is very much into his fitness.
He tends to post his work out routines on Instagram, and keeps his followers up to date with his training.
He also seems to be into running and fitness like his brother Tyson and dad John.
Hugh is married to his wife Tiffany Fury and according to Instagram is involved in home improvements and driveways.
He is not to be confused with Tyson’s cousin Hughie, who is a boxer.
John Fury Jr
John Fury Jr began as a boxer, but is no longer fighting.
He is married to Shirelle Fury and they reportedly have six children together.
Unlike his brothers, he tends to stay out of the spotlight.
Does Tyson Fury have any sisters?
It has been reported that Amber gave birth to a daughter, Ramona, in December 1997.
She died shortly after.
Tyson himself was born prematurely.
The Fury brothers also have famous cousins, including Hughie Fury.
Not to be confused with brother Hugh, cousin Hughie is a professional boxer.
