A tasty light-heavyweight title fight between champion Alex Pereira and former titleholder Jahamahl Hill will top the bill of the Sin City extravaganza.

An unprecedented TWELVE current or former champions will do battle on what promises to be a memorable night of fights.

UFC 100 and 200 – which took place in July 2009 and 2016 respectively – produced some incredible and bonus-winning moments.

And on paper, UFC 300 will likely do the same.

But MMA fans around the world are wondering how much the bonuses for the card will be.

Fighters awarded bonuses at UFC 100 and 200 received an additional $50,000 to their pay packet.

But the bonuses for this weekend’s extravaganza of fights will be SIX TIMES that amount.

That’s because UFC supremo Dana White has bumped them up to a staggering $300,000.

White shocked MMA fans around the world by dropping the bombshell during Friday morning’s pre-fight press conference at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

After several fighters on stage badgered him about raising the bonuses, White said: “$300,000, it’s done!”

UFC fans around the world were left stunned by the revelation, with one saying: “Excellent news for all the fighters.”

Another said: “UFC 300 is about to go CRAZZYY.”

And another said: “UFC 300 is going to be absolute banger.”

One remarked: “Well damn!”

Another stunned fan simply chimed in: “Wow.”

White expects UFC 300 to break all sorts of records, telling ESPN, he said: “When you think about any fight that we’ve ever done or that boxing does, there are always big main events or big co-main events with stars.

“But when you talk about a card from top to bottom – the very first fight of the night – until the main event [nothing is bigger].

“The first fight of the night on ESPN is [Deiveson] Figueiredo and [Cody] Garbrandt.

“They’re both former world champions, Figueiredo has broken a ton of records.

“[He has] the most knockdowns in UFC flyweight history, the most submission attempts.

“And Garbrandt is tied for the most knockdowns in bantamweight history.

“The list goes on and on with all the records these guys have broken.

“That’s the very first fight of the night. That could main event on a card.

“Basically, the first fight of the night could main event and that’s how every single fight throughout the rest of the night is.”

He added: The veteran promoter said: “When you think about it, it’s the greatest card ever assembled in combat sports history.

“Not just UFC, not just MMA, ever.”
