VINCE MCMAHON has been censored from the WWE 2K24 video game.

The news comes after McMahon was accused of sexual assault, trafficking and physical abuse by a former WWE employee identified as Janel Grant.

Grant has filed a lawsuit against the 78-year-old billionaire, who founded the WWE empire, in which she accuses him of sexually exploiting her during her time with the company.

McMahon has vehemently denied the allegations, but announced he was stepping down from his role at WWE and UFC parent company TKO Group Holdings in January.

And his legacy at the helm of the company he helped build has taken another hit as he was censored from the WWE 2K24 video game.

The game, which officially released on Tuesday, has a number of archival footage cut-scenes in which McMahon is featured.

But following the controversy surrounding the former chairman his face has been blurred out in many of the scenes used in the game.

The clips often leave almost half of the screen completely blurred out as a result of the censoring.

McMahon has also been a playable character in the WWE video games for over a decade, however on this year’s edition of the video game fans are unable to use him in-game.

The controversial figure isn’t completely eliminated from the game however as he is still an unplayable character in “Showcase Mode”.

McMahon’s character is seen during a match between The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin as well as appearing un-blurred in archival footage surrounding the match.

It has been suggested that his inclusion in the mode was completed before allegations came to light earlier this year.
