And the KO came after Razavi landed a perfectly-timed left hand as Leo attempted a knee.

Slow-motion replays revealed the moment the punch connected and left Leo collapsing face first onto the canvas.

Leo assured fans he was okay following the sickening KO as he uploaded a video tucking into an ice cream cone.

He posted: “Celebrating my first knockdown everything is good that is the game.”

The world of Muay Thai was recently shocked following the news of fighter Fariyar Aminipour’s death at 23.

Aminipour had his head smashed into a narrow pavement when riding his Yamaha motorbike through a tunnel in Phuket.

Officers at the Chalong Police Station were notified of the accident at 8:08 am on Thursday.

They arrived at the scene shortly after to find the boxer’s body in a pool of blood.

Fariyar was rushed to the Chalong Hospital but was later pronounced dead due to a severe head wound.

Initial police investigations suggest he had lost control of his motorcycle while navigating the curved tunnel.

He fought five bouts for ONE Championship, winning four bouts against high profile opponents.

He suffered a defeat in his last match, which was against Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek UThai at ONE Friday Fights 46 on December 22.
