WEST HAM are considering a move for Wolves captain Max Kilman should Nayef Aguerd be sold this month.

The Hammers are open to offers for the centre-back as they look to raise funds for any January spending.

Aguerd has not lived up to expectations since his £30million move from Rennes in 2022.

But he has attracted interest from clubs in Saudi Arabia.

Kilman could prove to be a costly replacement for the Hammers, with Wolves ready to demand up to £40million for the Englishman.

West Ham have already let defender Thilo Kehrer leave for Ligue 1 side Monaco this month.

The German has joined on loan ahead of a £9.5million move in the summer.

Said Benrahma and Pablo Fornals could also leave in January, with both attracting Saudi interest.

And Danny Ings is a target for Wolves – which could help the Hammers chances with Kilman.

Should there be more outgoings, Moyes will want replacements in for the second half of the season given their progress into the last 16 of the Europa League.

Ajax winger Steven Bergwijn is a target should Benrahma or Fornals leave.

Initial approaches have also been made over a deal for Peterborough defender Ronnie Edwards, though no talks have developed beyond that stage.

Crystal Palace are also considering a move for Edwards.
