The ex-couple were also involved in a very public spat in 2017, when Amir took to Twitter and announced their break-up, claiming his wife had cheated on him with heavyweight boxer Anthony Joshua.

But Faryal cleared up the situation several days later, claiming that screenshots of her and Joshua’s ‘conversation’ had been faked.

She wrote on her Twitter feed: “I’ve been quiet for some time… because I myself didn’t know what’s going on.

“Everything that’s going on is just not right and a complete misunderstanding.
