She is the CEO of cosmetic giant Charlotte Tilbury and was also appointed to overhaul Princess Kate, Prince William and Prince Harry‘s charity The Royal Foundation after Kate received criticism for carrying out half the amount of royal engagements as the late Prince Philip in 2016.

Matthew is 53 years old and was born in Holt, Norfolk in 1970.
He attended Aysgarth School in North Yorkshire before he began rowing at Eton College.
Matthew has royal ancestry, being directly descended from Thomas Howard, 2nd Duke of Norfolk and thus from King Edward I and William the Conqueror.

Matthew has won four Olympic gold medals.
In 1992 in Barcelona and 1996 in Atlanta, he teamed up with five-time gold medalist Sir Steve Redgrave to win the coxless pair.
In 2000, Matthew and Redgrave were in the same boat again as they won the coxless four with James Cracknell and Tim Foster.
