The 18-year-old world champion ended on a high, winning Night 16 in Sheffield and breaking his own Premier League seasonal points record.
Littler ended the campaign on an incredible 45 points, 11 more than Luke Humphries in second.
Cool Hand will join the Nuke on Finals Night at the O2 Arena alongside Nathan Aspinall and Gerwyn Price.
The four stars will battle it out for Premier League glory and the mammoth £275,000 jackpot.

During the Premier League Darts regular season, all matches are best of 11 legs.
However, on Finals Night, that is not the case, with the semi-finals contested over 19 legs (first to 10) before the final, which is best of 21 legs (first to 11).

The total prize pot for the Premier League Darts is set at £1million.
