THE Irish Grand National returns to Fairyhouse on Easter Monday – and what a thriller it’s set to be.
Legendary trainer Willie Mullins will be aiming to win the iconic race for the third time since 2019.

It comes after a successful Cheltenham for the Irish horse racing legend, taking his tally of winners to a whopping 103 at the Festival.
Last year, I Am Maximus was the Irish Grand National winner, but the Mullins-trained horse is set to run in the English equivalent in a few weeks time, meaning a new champion will be crowned at Fairyhouse on Easter Monday.
Nick Rockett, also trained by Mullins, is the current favourite heading into the 2024 edition.
The iconic 3m5f showpiece is the country’s richest jumps race, boasting a huge €500,000 prize pot.
