Who is Arsenal set-piece coach Nicolas Jover?

Nicolas Jover is a 43-year-old football manager and analyst, born in Berlin.

His current role is as Arsenal’s set-piece coach.

Arsenal brought in Jover after he spent two years at the Etihad following a successful spell with Thomas Frank at Brentford.

Jover departed the Citizens in the summer of 2021 when his contract expired in June of that year.

He worked with Arteta in the same role as the set-piece coach as part of Pep Guardiola‘s coaching staff.

Arteta had said on adding his set-piece coach: “It’s a crucial part of the game nowadays.

“It’s something you have to dominate and master and we are in that process.”
