MOSES ITAUMA scored a vicious round-one win on the Tyson Fury vs Francis Ngannou undercard with advice from Mike Tyson ringing in his ears.

After back-to-back decision wins against tough opposition in the summer, a few maniac Twitter trolls suggested all the hype around the 18-year-old sensation was overblown.

But he learned bundles from both and returned to his savage best with his second consecutive first-round finish coming against respected Istvan Bernath in Riyadh.

The rising ace said: “A lot of people have been saying I’m not a real prospect.

“But shoot me to the stars, what’s where I belong.

“My power is there and my team told me I had to let my hands go and that’s what happens.

“As long as I avoid injuries I will be wanting to fight again in December, I would fight again tonight if they would let me.”

Itauma first dropped the 10-1 Hungarian with a southpaw jab which he recovered from.

Then the leftie wonderkid, already sponsored by Nike, broke his nose with a rifle of a left hand right down the pipe.

Bernath was buzzed and bashed but Itauma still slashed an uppercut and lead right hook into his temple, before the referee dived in to stop the savagery.

The Kent sensation met ring legend Tyson on Thursday – the youngest ever heavyweight world champion whose record he dreams of trumping inside the next three years.

The Baddest Man on the Planet only needed 20 years, four months and 22 days and Itauma only turns 19 on December 28.

When asked what advice he was given from Iron Mike, Itauma – now 6-0 – revealed: “He just reminded me that not every opponent is a bum.

“There are all tough and they all have to be beaten along the road.”
