JUDGEMENT DAY is upon and some of the best players will be battling to book a spot at the World Snooker Championship 2024.

English stars Jack Lisowski and Chris Wakelin are among two of the many names looking to secure a place at Crucible this weekend.

But only 16 players can qualify through Judgement Day meaning several high-class names are set to miss out on participating at the longest-running tournament in snooker.

Seven-time winner Ronnie O’Sullivan has already booked his spot and will be playing at the Sheffield Theatre despite heavily criticising the competition.

And the Englishman is set to find out who he will go up against once Judgement Day has concluded.

When is the World Snooker Championship 2024 Judgement Day?

  • The final World Snooker Championship qualifying rounds known as Judgement Day will take place on Tuesday, April 16 and Wednesday, April 17.
  • Coverage is scheduled to get underway from 11am BST on both days.
  • ALL of the action from Judgement Day will be played in Sheffield.

When is the World Snooker Championship 2024 draw?

The draw for the iconic Crucible tournament takes place on Thursday, April 18.

It will start at 8:30am and be available to watch for FREE on the BBC Sport website.

And the structure of the draw will see the 16 seeded players go up against the 16 qualifiers.
