WWE superstars Pete Dunne and Johnny Gargano performed one of the most extreme stunts in WrestleMania history.
The two professional wrestlers faced off in a Six Pack Ladder Match during WrestleMania 40 at the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Gargano teamed up with DIY partner Tommaso Ciampa while British bruiser Dunne linked up with fellow Brummie and New Catch Republic team-mate Tyler Bate at Mania.
The two teams faced off against Grayson Waller and Austin Theory of A-Town Down Under, The Miz and R-Truth of Awesome Truth, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods of The New Day as well as Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Finn Balor and Damian Priest of The Judgment Day.
The six teams put together a stunning performance filled with high-risk stunts on ladders, tables and chairs.
But it was Gargano and Dunne who stole the show as the former springboarded off the top rope and landed on the ex-UK Champion who was on the ring apron.
Johnny Wrestling then delivered a thunderous DDT on the Birmingham star who was driven through a wooden table head first while the ex-NXT Champion landed awkwardly on his scull.
The WWE Universe was left shocked as some feared the two wrestlers could have broken their necks.
One fan tweeted: “GOOD GOD GARGANO!”
Another commented: “This was so nasty. Holy s**t.”
A third wrote: “That was f*****g SENSATIONAL.”
This one said: “This was scary as s**t.”
And that one exclaimed: “Brutal spot, hope he’s okay.”
That spot pretty much spelled the end for Gargano and Dunne as Waller and Theory became SmackDown Tag Team Champions.
Then Truth and Miz snatched the RAW Tag Team Championships to end The Judgment Day’s dominant reign.
