Joshua is currently 111th in the PDC Order of Merit along with Matthew Dennant and Stefan Bellmont.

He made history with his dad at last year’s British Internationals by becoming the first father-son team to represent England.

His dad, James, said: “Myself and Josh were honoured to put the England shirt on.

“It was the first time for me and the second time for Josh but the first time a father-and-son have played in the same team for England.

“The team spirit within the team was like nothing I’ve experienced before.

“Everyone was getting behind every player and it was great to see a clean sweep for the country.”

James caused one of the biggest upsets in PDC history by beating Raymond van Barneveld 3–0 in the first round of the 2012 World Championship.
