RUBEN AMORIM has explained why Bruno Fernandes was picked against Hong Kong despite Al-Hilal’s transfer interest.
Manchester United are on a post-season tour of the Far East.

They played against ASEAN All-Stars earlier this week and lost – without captain Fernandes.
But the talisman returned against Hong Kong, despite being subject of a £100million bid from Saudi side Al-Hilal.
Asked why Fernandes was selected, Amorim said: “Yes because we need to respect and do better than the last game.
“We understand the players are tired from all the commercial things for our fans.
“Now it’s time to perform to show good things for our fans.”
Fernandes, 30, is said to be seriously considering the switch to Saudia Arabia.
His agent is understood to have held productive talks with Al-Hilal.
They are proposing a tax-free £700,000-a-week deal for Fernandes, who could sign a three-year contract.

That could include £200m in bonuses, though Fernandes is still yet to make his mind up.
Fernandes is just one of several United stars up for sale this summer.
Kobbie Mainoo and Alejandro Garnacho are also in line to be sold to help finance Amorim‘s overhaul of the squad.
