SAUDI side Al-Ahli are offering Marco Silva a two-year deal worth £40million to leave Fulham this summer, according to reports.

Should he make the move, the Portuguese would become the first Premier League boss to be tempted away by the Saudi Pro League.

Silva is currently in the US as part of Fulham’s pre-season tour.

But according to Sky Sports, his agents are in London holding talks with Saudi officials.

Silva, 46, has one year remaining on his Fulham contract.

His deal is claimed to possess a £6million release clause.

Silva joined Fulham in the summer of 2021, 18 months after being axed by Everton.

He guided the West Londoners to promotion during his first season, before achieving a tenth-place finish in the Premier League.

Fulham could also lose star striker Aleksandar Mitrovic to the Saudi Pro League.

Al-Hilal have had a £25.5million bid for the Serbian rejected, with Fulham reportedly demanding £52m.

Mitrovic is claimed to be furious at so far being denied the move – reportedly telling pals that he will never play for Fulham again.
