And again the crowd were in full support of the 17-year-old sensation with Sky keen to capture the fanfare.

One sign read “go on Luke Littler” which cameras zoomed into.

But quickly the sign was turned around and instead read “s*** stick” forcing the camera to quickly cut away.

Although Littler ended up getting the last laugh as he beat Humphries 6-5 to book his place in third successive Premier League final.

He will now face Michael Smith or Michael van Gerwen.

Littler’s latest victory comes after he celebrated being named on Forbes’ 30 under 30 Europe list alongside Jude Bellingham.

The list takes note of people under the age of 30 who are excelling in their area of expertise.

Littler has been recognised by the outlet within the Sports and Games category for his meteoric rise and success within darts.
