FOOTBALL fans were left fuming over the “shocking” kit clash in the Newcastle vs Tottenham game which made the match “unwatchable”.

However, fans were not happy with the selection as the two kit colours jarred – particular on long distance angles.

Taking to social media, one fan said: “Shocking kit clash in Newcastle vs Spurs. Someone should be sacked for this.”

Tottenham’s third kit has been the topic of debate this season among fans with many unable to distinguish its true colour.

Manufacturer Nike have said the colour is officially Taupe Haze.
